PURPOSE and OBJECTIVES : This program is the starting point of a deeper initiative of understanding and applied research and training on practical economic and political issues for the Middle Eastern area : Teaching through future programs. Sharing knowledge and new theories on the political and economic stakes related to Middle East Research team constituted of academics, ambassadors, high ranked civil servants and researchers in Middle eastern issues The immediate purpose is to give the opportunity to a heterogeneous public of trainees and auditors to develop a more precise knowledge and a deeper understanding about those processes to become more operational in dealing with the region The program of research should start with a specific topic: the reconstruction in a region that witnessed turmoil, radical changes and/or devastation.
