Terms and Conditions for Students of PGS France

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Innovative Knowledge Institute-Paris Graduate School reserves the right to modify or update its general conditions of sale at any time. The general conditions are applicable on the day of the signature of the final registration document and payment of the registration fees. These general conditions of sale are applicable to training courses subscribed to the IK Institute PGS.

Article 1: Registration

  1. The courses are subject to admission tests: application file and admission language test
  2. If the candidate passes the validation tests, he is invited to confirm his registration by paying the registration fees
  3. The candidate is considered as definitively registered upon signature of the definitive registration document and payment of the registration fees.

Article 2: Cost of training and payment/ tuition fees

  1. All our net prices are quoted in euros and are not subject to VAT.
  2. Local students can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer. For International students bank transfer only
  3. Any courses started are due in full.
  4. Tuition fees do not include cultural activities costs: outings, social security, mutual, student services, transport costs, accommodation, etc.
  5. In the event of late payment, IKI PGS may refuse: Access to training
  6. The issuance of administrative documents (diploma, certificate of attendance, transcripts, etc.)
  7. Presentation and pass the exams

Article 3: Withdrawal

  1. The local student has a period of 7 clear days (1) for withdrawal without having to provide any reason after notification of his registration. For international students, no withdrawal is permitted

(1) Day running from 0h to 24h. Thus, the first clear day is counted from the day after the act, event, decision or notification justifying the  and deadline and the day of expiry is not counted in the deadline. If this expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

Article 4: Conditions of postponement

  1. The local student has the right to a single registration deferral which obligatorily registers him for the following academic year.
  2. The request for postponement must be sent to the director by registered mail or by email before October 1 of the year concerned.
  3. The request is subject to the full approval of the Director
  4. The student will no longer be able to claim a refund of the registration fees, even in the event of a visa refusal the following year.

Article 5: Cancellation and refund

  1. In the event of withdrawal for any reason or exclusion of the student during the programme delivery, the registration fees and tuition fees are not reimbursed.
  2. If the withdrawal is motivated by a refusal of a visa justified by the consulate, and that the student has not had any postponement of registration, Reimbursement will be made minus 5% administrative cost on the condition that the request for reimbursement is made no later than October 30 of the academic year concerned.
  3. The refund will be made 30 days from the end of the month.

Article 6: Dispute

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.

If no amicable agreement could be reached, the various results of the application of these general conditions of sale will be subject to the assessment of the competent administrative court.
